You might have some competition with http://idolnoise.yuku.com. What other shows do you watch? Prison Break, Grey's Anatomy, 24, Supernatural, Lost, Amazing Race?

Hey B, how's it goin? :) To set it to admin only, go to
Admin Menu
Settings
Edit Forums
Forum Security (for that particular forum)
under Start New Topics uncheck "All users" so that only the admin can start new topics
